Moon Cat Cafe is honored to be participating for the very first time in the 2019 San Gabriel Lunar New Year Festival!
In celebration of the Year of the Pig, the festival will be hosting wide variety of fun and games, including a crafts marketplace, street food vendors, carnival games, live performances, and a kids zone!
We’re proud to partner with local non-profit animal rescue and advocacy, San Gabriel Valley Animal Advocates (SGVAA)!
SGVAA is a completely volunteer-run organization based in San Gabriel Valley, with the mission of rescuing, fostering, and adopting out cats and dogs in need, who would otherwise be homeless and left on the streets to fend for themselves.
They also focus heavily on TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) to help prevent feral cat colonies from overpopulating, in addition to caring for them and making sure they receive medical care.
Come meet their adoptable cats on board the mobile cat cafe, socialize with them, and learn more about the mission of SGVAA.
10% of the day’s proceeds will go directly to SGVAA in support of the lifesaving work they do everyday in the San Gabriel Valley!
